Many people ask me if it’s too late to start mining now? What do you think?

Yeah, free mining, maybe 5 years too late; mining after investing a few thousand dollars in hardware, it’s still possible.

It must not be too late. I’m at sites where I’m being asked about it. This train will probably leave me behind. But since you thought the question was worth asking I will try to read up on and keep up with the current news.

This article was published in January 2018.

Cryptocurrency mining is now so big it’s showing up in the earnings of the world’s largest chipmaker

        Update on my mining experiences.
I think you need to know what you’re doing and you also need to have the right hardware and software. Mining is not for the faint of heart. I have tried two tools. One is a browser extension and one is a browser site. You mine bitcoins while your browse the Internet They both work but I have to be gentle with my secondhand laptop. I can’t drive it too hard or it will crash!!

As per me its not too late to start up mining all that you need to have is a good miner for mining which would give you good performance and stable mh/s .

The problem with mining coin on the bitcoin network, is that the more miners it attracts- the mining difficulty increases, and the amount of energy a mining rig takes, increases as well. Make sure you can find some cheap electricity for starts, I would say.

If you have income that allows you to invest in mining, why not? Some miners are actively working now and get different coins.
