      Yes, Monero uses ring signature technology to protect a user’s privacy as far as the input side of the transaction goes. A monero ring signature is composed of the actual signer and non-signers to form a ring. This technology that Monero uses is to help the sender mask the origin of the transaction by ensuring that all inputs are indistinguishable from each other.
