Recently came across a site called Westland Storage. They say they are using cryptocurrency to invest in real estate all around the world. They are inviting others to join as a shareowner.
Has anyone had experience with this?

It’s the first time I am hearing about that site. I checked it out and haven’t seen any reference to crypto. What I do expect to happen is that most businesses that deal with money will also start accepting crypto, sooner or later.

I expect that as well. I just didn’t expect real estate investing to be into it so quickly. Don’t know why. I’m the only one moving at a snail’s pace. LOL.
I also came across another site that was talking about REITs (real estate investment trusts) and using cryptocurrency with that form of investment as well.

That’s wierd about investing in real estate using crypto, but blockchain has changed this quite a bit. The introduction of smart contracts in blockchain platforms now allows assets like real estate to be tokenized and be traded like cryptocurrencies.

As I said the technology is moving really fast. Far too quickly for me to fully comprehend, However, I am going to listen to some practical advice from my son. He said I should be able to physically SEE those so-called RE investments. Don’t just take their word for it.

It is fair to say that Crypto industry is on the growth and is likely to get in grip of many other industries. If the option is good then it will ALWAYS reach really high and going to be stunning.
I look at options that could define the industry, so that is why we need to be very careful with doing things. I feel very cool with Inlock, which is just amazing. The whole thing runs around crypto-backed lending, it is going to be revolutionary and will play a seriously BIG role for the growth of the industry.

I have already heard about such investments, but did not fully understand how it works. In general, real estate is a good investment, but how is this related to cryptocurrency?
